LIABILITY WAIVER

    We pride ourselves on our high level of skill and professionalism. Our goal is to make your yoga experience as successful and comfortable as possible. In order to achieve the best results, please feel free to talk with your yoga instructor about any and all questions or concerns you may have. ​
    1. Consent to have yoga services of my choice applied.  I understand that additional treatments may be recommended and/or necessary for maintenance.    
    2. Understand that yoga is a mildly athletic form of exercise involving positioning of the body into specific poses, stretching, and other bodily movements.  As with any athletic activity, these exercises carry the potential for bodily injury.
    3. Affirm that I am of sufficient health to participate in yoga and related activities, and that I have not been advised by a doctor or other medical professional to refrain from participation in such activities.
    4. Understand that The Christie Cairo Project, LLC and  Instructor Christie Cairo do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any particular condition and nothing said or implied in the course of any activity will constitute medical advice and/or treatment.
    5. Voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my participation in any activity I elect to receive.  On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to due, discharge and hold harmless The Christie Cairo Project LLC and Instructor Christie Cairo from any claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of The Christie Cairo Project LLC, Instructor Christie Caro, its employees, agents, and representatives.
