SLOW FLOW YOGA
The Balanced Flow is comparable to an Ashtanga/Hatha based or Mixed Levels Yoga class.
It is a perfect blend of slow movement, stretch and holding poses that build strength.
This is a class for all levels and modifications are welcome.
I enjoy using my experience and knowledge as both a personal trainer and yogi to create flows that "fire" up and elevate the mood, metabolism, and energy in this playful vinyasa blend practice.

Slow paced and passive style of yoga which is perfect for a beginner or experienced student who wants a longer stretch (3 to 5 minutes) and less flows with tricky transitions.
